RaidPop Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of raidpop.com and related services (the “Service”) provided by Raidpop LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“RaidPop”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for every channel you connect.

3. The Service

RaidPop provides audience-delivery, chatter and channel-management tools for Twitch and Kick, including live viewers, AI, custom and random chatters, followers, subscriptions where included, raids (Twitch only), geo-targeting and a control panel. Features vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.

4. Platform rules and risk

RaidPop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc. or Kick Streaming Pty Ltd. Twitch and Kick policies restrict artificially inflated engagement, and using any third-party audience or chat service can carry platform risk, including warnings or account action. RaidPop does not promise any specific ranking, growth, Affiliate or Partner outcome. Review each platform’s rules and decide for yourself before you buy.

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms, community guidelines and monetization rules of Twitch, Kick and any other platform you use. RaidPop is not liable for any warning, suspension, demonetization, removal of views or followers, or other action a platform takes.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any ranking, discovery, revenue, follower growth, Affiliate, Partner or other program outcome, or that delivered activity won’t be identified by a platform or third-party tool. Viewer counts may fluctuate due to platform behaviour, network conditions or your stream settings.

6. Accounts and security

We only need your public channel name. Never share your platform password with us. Keep your RaidPop login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

7. Plans, billing and renewal

Plans are billed in advance on a weekly (7-day) or monthly (30-day) basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in USD and may exclude taxes. You can cancel at any time in your dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal. Promotional pricing applies only to the stated period.

8. Free trial

One free trial per person and per channel. Trials end automatically and are not billed. We may refuse or end trials that are abused.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for illegal content, harassment, hate speech, fraud, gambling promotion where prohibited, manipulation of third-party payouts, or to target channels you don’t own or control. Custom chatter messages must not be abusive, deceptive or infringing.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

The RaidPop name, logo, software and site content belong to Raidpop LLC. You keep ownership of your custom messages and grant us a licence to use them to provide the Service.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaidPop disclaims all implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
