Who we are
Raidpop LLC is the controller of personal data collected through raidpop.com.
Data we collect
Account data (email, name), channel names you connect, billing data (processed by our payment providers, so we never store full card numbers), support messages, usage and device data (IP address, browser, pages visited), and custom chatter content you create. We may process transcribed stream audio and public chat to power AI chatters. This happens in real time and is not used to identify you.
How we use data
To provide and improve the Service, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, send service notices and, with your consent where required, send marketing emails.
Legal bases
Contract performance, legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (marketing, non-essential cookies) and legal obligations.
Sharing
We share data with service providers (hosting, payments, email, analytics, AI processing) under contract, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries with appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after, unless the law requires longer (for example, tax records).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure.
