We want you to be happy with RaidPop. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Free trial

The trial is free and never charged, so no refund applies.

Eligible refunds

Full refund if you request it within 24 hours of purchase and no delivery has started on your channel.

Pro-rated refund or service credit if a verified technical fault on our side prevents delivery for more than 24 consecutive hours during your plan period.

Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full.

Not eligible

Plans that have been substantially delivered; dissatisfaction with outcomes we don’t promise (rankings, follows, program approval); account action taken by a platform; breach of our Terms.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your account email, order ID and reason. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
